What We Do?

Services provided by the Essential Rehab team aim to assist with the reduction of injury incidence at workplaces through education, risk assessment and problem solving to reduce risk exposure through review of individual and equipment function, ergonomics, techniques, equipment, work flow, and much more.  Essential Rehab consultants are trained to assess the current Job Demands and identified any risks and implement functional theory and hands on training including use of appropriate ergonomic practises, manual handling postures and techniques, and the provision of stretches and exercises to improve body function and task technique in order to reduce potential injuries.

Essential Rehab offers onsite hands on treatment aiming to attend to possible injuries before they become a WorkCover claim thus reducing total numbers of claims onsite and providing early treatment to injuries and soreness experienced by workers on a regular basis.  Essential Rehab can assist with the development of programs and tools such as pre-employment screening to further assist companies/employers to ensure that they are not placing their potential employees at risk while also reducing potential onsite injuries by ensuring their employees are physically suited to the work required to be performed.
